Nikki Neikirk, Case Manager/Behavior Supports Specialist Management Supervisor
Nikki Neikirk has been with Community Opportunities since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Hayley Kemplin, SCL Case Manager

Tony Meece, SCL & MPW Case Manager/Behavior Supports Specialist
Tony is the newest member of the agency’s case management team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and a Masters of Education degree in Counseling and Human Development from LWC. Justin Smith, Executive Director
Justin Smith has been with Community Opportunities since 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Justin’s tenure at Community Opportunities started with a position as a Case Manager for the Supports for Community Living waiver and later served as Case Manager for the Acquired Brain Injury waiver. Justin also served as Program Director for both the SCL and ABI waivers. At present, Justin serves as the agency’s Executive Director, overseeing the general operations of the agency and enhancing supports by chairing the Quality Improvement Committee.
